Second, and most important, is a part of your non-business network that is uniquely committed to your health, goodness, and success as a person—distinct from whatever happens in business. These folks must be willing and able to see you, know you, and provide feedback on what is happening to you. They must observe you and hold you –grounded—in the community of the soul. And they must be willing to speak up when the success you hope for blows hard enough to make you start pulling up your anchors.
